Hello, I'm currently working with a prospect on Charter School Insurance. They are in the process of opening it and need a policy that will cover General Liability, Property, Educators Legal Liability and Umbrella. Premiums are not an issue but it is requested that the carrier has an A+ rating or better. Suggestions for this?
