I'm hoping someone can help me find the above coverage or an admitted carrier with the coverage to write the package in Florida. I have a pool service company with a showroom where they sell outdoor pool/patio stuff, chemicals and other pool related items. They service pools including routine maintenance, such as cleaning filters, vacuuming and maintaining proper pH levels. They also service and install pool filter systems, pool pumps and pool heaters. They perform no work below grade. They don’t install pools. Their annual sales are $1,650,000 and their service payroll breakdown is as follows: Servicing pools including routine maintenance $165,000, Filter systems, pool pumps and pool heaters $35,000. I submitted these separately, if these can both be included in 99505 great. Thanks

Hello Peers We currently write a High Value Homeowner in TX with Chubb. They are undergoing a 120 day renovation project, the contract for which includes a mutual waiver of subrogation clause. Chubb requested the contract when we asked for improvements to be added to the policy, and now they want OFF the policy altogether, because of the WOS Clause. Contractor said that this standard verbiage in all their contracts and this is the first time this issue came up. Other Carriers will not accept the risk while renovation is going on. I have a new insured that is to be contracted to run bulk deliveries between 4 local hubs in the Houston area. They need $100k cargo. My normal cargo markets have declined since we cannot confirm what exactly is going to be transported as it could be anything that FedEx accepts. Who have a valid option for me?
