I’m a P&C agent and one of my clients recently asked me some questions about the new Obamacare. I found some general information, but maybe some of you can help answer her questions: “How much do you think the cost will be per month with the mandatory health care?” She is 32 and healthy, but she hasn’t carried coverage since 2007. Will this be an issue? What is the penalty fine for not carrying health insurance? Thank you in advance for your help!

I have an insured that has 6 vehicles and 3 losses that total $54k. I have been declined by all of the standard markets I have access to and am having trouble getting surplus companies to respond to my request to a quote. Any suggestions for a market?

Having tried all the main stream surplus carriers we are at a loss to find someone who will take this personal umbrella risk </br>because of the open claim with a youthful driver. We can't even find a market to write by excluding the youth. </br>Any suggestions outside the box? </br>Thank you.
