I am currently working with a soon to be client. They are in the process of opening a referral agency for foster children. They will not keep any children at the agency it is strictly referrals only, they will help place them in homes. GL, PL, Child Welfare etc will be needed. Pricing is not an issue but finding a company that can provide all in one would be great.
