I have an Insured in Maryland, that is being non-renewed by The Hartford because of a large claim to a rental car and another vehicle. I need a market for a street legal golf cart our non-profit insured is purchasing. Everyone is declining the auto due to transportation of residents. We have a NICO quote however they are unwilling to add NOA or the Golf Cart. Progressive won't write Golf Carts with any commercial use.

I need a company that can write a policy for a catering business. They cater for banquets, nursing homes, school events and medical events that the local clinic holds. I need a market that can provide PL, GL, Umbrella and Property coverage for a beauty salon. My client has been in business for about 2 years now and they offer multiple services; hair styling, nails, tanning, make up, waxing and facials. I have a guy who wants to buy lots, subcontract the grading, foundation, and utilities. He then buys a modular home from a factory and has it set on the foundation. Then he finishes the interior to his customers specifications. His experience is that he did this process when he built his own home a few years ago.
