The response to our exclusive specialty commercial insurance leads from agents around the country, has been wonderful. Thank you. But then, we were confident that real time, exclusive, inexpensive insurance leads would be well received by the insurance agent community. I wanted to take a moment to make sure you have some insights to our leads and answer any questions you might have. We also have an FAQ page for you to view and get answers to some common questions. First and foremost, please remember our leads are exclusive and real time. This means we do NOT aggregate our leads and we do not BUY leads. Once you purchase a lead, its yours. We do not resell the information...ever. You might be missing out on leads… In case you aren't aware, our lead notifications are based on location. This means that we try to match the consumer up to agents that are nearby first. Many agents have asked me how to get more leads or see the notification first. Its crazy simple. If you are logged into your CompleteMarkets account, visit your Subscriptions Page. There you can customize the type of consumer leads you want to receive in addition you can add any zip code you wish. Some agents use different zip codes throughout the state so they get notifications on first submission. Do you write in multiple states? Using the same subscriptions page you can add in zip codes from any state (or location) you can write (or easily obtain your license). Want a specific type of lead? Visit our Open Leads page where we display all currently open leads (leads that have not been purchased…yet). You can use the filters to find leads in different states, specific coverages, price, age, etc. You can bookmark that page and visit it any time (logged in or out), select one or many leads and purchase within seconds! Want more leads, but not sure if you have a Market? This is where our partner network really helps. We specialize in finding you the right Wholesaler/Broker/MGA to write the risk for you. We have very good relationships with all of the companies and can help you find almost any market in any state. We will automatically connect you to a company that can write the risk, so you can purchase with confidence. All of the companies we work with are excellent at helping agents understand the market and answer questions they have. This means you can EXPAND YOUR BOOK and bring in more revenue!! Can I view and manage the leads I purchase? Absolutely! We provide you a FREE lead dashboard to quickly filter and view consumer details. You have full control to archive leads, mark them as policy written or in review. Keep the consumer up to date with the progress of their policy simply by changing a box. We will notify them on your behalf to give you more time to do what you want...make more money! Feel free to respond with any questions you might have or any feedback you have about the leads you've purchased. We are always interested in hearing about your successes!! Interested to know what other agents are saying about our leads? Want to leave us a review? Visit our Review Page! Here is some recent feedback from one CompleteMarkets Member: “In the last 3 months Erin and her team have helped us increase our closing ratio over 50% with the market match lead program. The markets that they have partnered with are very willing to help on that hard to place risk. The response time by her partners is fantastic.” Thank you for using CompleteMarkets. Your support is greatly appreciated!

https://completemarkets.com/Pages/Discussion/dtopic/brbPj4Cjok-FZ6iVAL2d3g/Are-Insurance-agents-interested-in-online-public-client-reviews/
In November last year, a Nationwide insurance agent/adjuster made a mistake while investigating an insurance claim by a couple in Buffalo Township, PA (Pittsburgh area). This agent saw some hibiscus plants in the couple's backyard and mistook them for Marijuana. He then called the police and the couple were treated like suspected marijuana growers while police investigated. The couple is understandably suing the agent and Nationwide Insurance. When the story was released, people were very upset and they contacted CompleteMarkets and many of them left reviews on this agents CompleteMarkets profile - hundreds of reviews. Many of these reviews were rejected by our verification process for various reasons, profanity, unable to verify identity of reviewer etc. The agent quietly logged into the profile and changed all the information. Rather than contacting us and asking us to help state his case. Or, even better, stating his case on his profile, helping to salvage his reputation, he chose to attempt to 'bury' the information under a false name, and false information, but left the profile active. His profile still shows up on Google, so that has not really helped his cause. Yet, this is a very rare case, and appears to be a terrible mistake on this agent/adjuster's part. In the vast majority of cases when we get an irate client or just a pissed of competitor trying to leave a tasteless irrelevant review on our website our processes and team is able to suppress these 'invalid and unverifiable reviews' of our agents. We try to keep things fair. In many cases, our members invite their clients(via email and social media) to review them on CompleteMarkets, as it vastly improves their fortunes because of the trust and credibility factor when prospects are researching them online. I would love to hear any thoughts from members of this group as it relates to soliciting reviews, being researched online and defending reviews online. Most of our Prestige Professional members (our low cost premium membership) have great reviews, because they care about their reputation and they provide great service to insureds. If interested, you can review the premium membership here - https://completemarkets.com/shop/product/PrestigePro/ But is this an anomaly - agents looking to manage their online reputation? Are agents too busy to build an online reputation? Do they think it's the responsibility of the agency or the agency owner?

There are many different types of premiums offered to businesses. Without proper coverage, a company could be at high risk for lawsuits, disasters, and now even cyber attacks. Its so important for businesses to be properly covered through a protective liability policy as well as workers compensation. Most of my businesses are written through Zurich, but some are through Liberty Mutual and Travelers which are the top three writers of commercial lines. Who are your main commercial writers? http://www.iii.org/facts_statistics/commercial-lines.html
