I am looking for a market for the HNOA coverage for an air show client. There are 50 vehicles we need HNOA coverage for. These vehicles are used by the performers to get to an from the hotel for the show. This is an airshow in Fargo ND. They provide vehicles for the performers while in town (July 24-27th). These vehicles are donated from multiple local car dealerships. Currently the terms we have do NOT include this and I am being told that the dealerships will not cover this under their policies as "loaner vehicles". I have looked at multiple markets and am not finding anything that is feasible for them. Best I can find is requiring them to list autos individually and they have $20,000 minimum premium that is fully earned. The total package premium is $7,800. A copy of the current proposal is attached. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas for this coverage for a 3 day event that won't break the bank?

I've been in the insurance industry nearly 12 years, and I've become the guy that gets the hard to place referrals. On a daily basis I work with businesses that generally do not fit with the standard market. Here are some examples of recent accounts: - FMX (motocross) jump shows - They show up to any event, weather it be a track, beach, or parking lot, and perform flips and tricks as an opening act to a main event. (still considering new markets for this as they require monthly special event policies). - Inventory/Contents companies - They require Inland Marine for contents of others, as well as GL/EPL/Pollution Liability/Work Comp. They own a warehouse where contents of others and BPP is stored. The majority of work performed is taking inventory at residential and business properties, and incidentally will remove undamaged PP for temporary storage. Sometimes the inventory is completed in locations with exposure to asbestos; which they are fully licensed and trained to do so while wearing proper gear. - Textile/Home Goods Sales - They have two warehouses; one for storage, one for packaging/shipping. All sales are to wholesale and public via the web. - Swim Instructors - Teaches children aged 3-18 to swim in public and school pools. Package required. - Commercial Production Companies - Requiring coverage for props/sets/wardrobe, GL, hired auto, work comp, all on short term basis. - High Ex Mod/Large premium Work Comp risks. - Several clients from Machine Shops, Body Shops, Warehouses, Janitorial, with 500k - 3mil payroll with either lapses in coverage, large recent claims, or high ex-mods. Needing a market for the Work Comp - NO PEO! These are just a few examples of accounts within the last 30 days. I currently work with too many GA's, most of which do not have a market for a few of these. I'd like to find someone to work with that is quick on response, follows up, has reasonable fees, and has a broad range of market access. Please only reply to this is you are serious about being able to help. Thanks in advance. Regards, John H Crawley [email protected]

So here's the deal. I have a bookkeeping & tax business, and I am also fully licensed in Idaho (Life/Health and Property/Casualty) and I have an fully licensed agency in Idaho. I am really busy with the accounting portion of my business, but I currently have requests for quotes for commercial auto, business owners and commercial liability waiting to be quoted. But with my other workload, I just haven't had time to jump on anything. I don't want to lose them completely, but I just am pushing the limits on my time. So I am looking for someone that I can get to quote and write the policies, but I would like to still be compensated. I would service the accounts, because they would be bookkeeping and tax clients as well and I would be the "trusted adviser". Is there someone out there who can help me? With the bookkeeping business, I am constantly getting requests for commercial coverage for new and/or small businesses. But I don't have time to put all of the paperwork together and deal with back and forth to get it placed. I'd gladly give up the majority of the commission to keep my clients happy. And I really would like to run any commissions under my agency, if possible. So basically I make the initial contact, your company actually writes the policy doing all of the footwork on the back end and keep a sizable piece of the commission. And then I will be the contact for the client for any service needs. I'd love to hear any thoughts on the whole idea. A. Brian Cogan
