I have a prospect that I have done numerous 1 day event policies in the past. They have access to a facility to hold events and fundraisers. The food will be provided by food trucks. They will also need building coverage as that is part of the agreement. Does anyone have advice for a standard market to cover this risk and what might the class be? I know it might be similar to a restaurant, but there is not the cooking exposure.

What are the legal issues surrounding a company paying their small WC clamis and not reporting to their carrier in order to keep them from hitting their loss runs and negatively impacting their loss history, Experience Mod., ect.?
