Hello, I have a book of business in a specific industry segment I am looking to buy from my current agency. Annual premium of the book is $2 million, with 98% being commercial, and 2% personal lines. Gross annual revenue is $223,000. Knowing that no one else in the agency could nor would service this sector as I do from a knowledge of the market, travel time(as accounts are all over the country), and always being "the face of the franchise" to my customers, can anyone provide what you would think would be fair to offer to buy my book out from current agency? With how much down and amount of time to pay off remainder? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for any insight and input you can provide.

Hi Everyone, I am working with a difficult risk and need some help on placing this. This is a start up Steel Erectors business, there will be 4 owners to get started but no employees.
