Hello, I have a book of business in a specific industry segment I am looking to buy from my current agency. Annual premium of the book is $2 million, with 98% being commercial, and 2% personal lines. Gross annual revenue is $223,000. Knowing that no one else in the agency could nor would service this sector as I do from a knowledge of the market, travel time(as accounts are all over the country), and always being "the face of the franchise" to my customers, can anyone provide what you would think would be fair to offer to buy my book out from current agency? With how much down and amount of time to pay off remainder? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for any insight and input you can provide.

Looking for a market to write a Beekeepers Club (a 501(c)(3) organization), whose members go to homes and businesses to remove bee hives. Members are paid by the home or business owner directly. The club itself sees no revenue for this. Club members will also remove bee hives from city property and parks at the city's request, but they do not charge for this. They do it as a public service. The removed bees are brought to a bee sanctuary kept in space donated by the city. They're looking to cover the club as well as the 5 members who do the actual bee removal (aka Bee Rescue) for liability associated with the rescue should the bees sting neighbors, pets, etc.

Looking to find a market for an assembler of electronic parts. This manufacturer produces heavy duty electonic controls for automotive lighting, electric windows, ignition and starting. NO brakes, throttle or cruise control parts. The controls are for street rods and dragsters made of heavy duty blocks with sturdy components and contacts rather than the light-weight parts in today's autos. I am currently working with a soon to be client. They are in the process of opening a referral agency for foster children. They will not keep any children at the agency it is strictly referrals only, they will help place them in homes. GL, PL, Child Welfare etc will be needed. Pricing is not an issue but finding a company that can provide all in one would be great.
