Hello. I am looking for a carrier that would have an appetite for property & GL coverage for a retreat center that specializes in fitness & weight loss. Ever see the show "Biggest Losers". Well...this is kind of like that but the clients pay to come stay for a week or so where they go through a training. The way I see it, there are two components. One is to make sure that the property is properly insured. Second, need to make sure the owner of the business can get GL/PL coverage for her operations. The insured has been turned down by Markel & K&K already. Not sure what other markets to approach. Very interesting risk....kind of like a health club/hotel/retreat center. Challenging deal... Thanks for your thoughts on this one.

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a market for dance instructors, it is an after school program and my client goes to the schools and provide dance and theater instructions. My client has 4 employees, each are dance instructors as well, they only travel locally to schools. We have an account in Nebraska that has two parts and/or entities. The first part primarily transports clients of Health & Human Services in NE, typically within a 200 mile or less radius but they can go into neighboring states. HHS has also requested they take or retrieve clients that are much further away even to CA and once to Alaska. Not the norm but at least once a month they will travel beyond the 200 mile radius for HHS. The second part of their business provides secured transports for HHS and for law enforcement. Many times HHS clients are violent or due to physical or mental issues need to be in a more controlled element for transfer. Likewise local law enforcement will rely on our insured for transporting their charges. In this part they will travel out of state more often but still not on a regular and frequent basis. This represents less than 10% of their runs. We have access to the BHHC companies and to the Atlas Financial Group companies. Who are the current markets that will look at both HHS and secured transport together? Who are the markets for secured transport only

Hi Everyone! I need help with a market for a client of mine. They recently started a 24 hour roadside assistance business, towing would not be included in this they would only provide services such as, changing flat tires, jump starting cars and providing gas. My client has 3 employees as of now and is looking for workers compensation with at least $2,000,000 in coverage. Anyone know of a good market for this?
