Global Risk Management Firm with a well developed infrastructure and long term competitive growth plans is seeking a Director of Network Services. The primary function of this position through managing and expanding services is to create a broad based network of service providers through business development, research, strategic planning and innovative partnering. In addition, the Director of Network Services will be responsible for driving business growth through sourcing, contracting and credentialing service providers ultimately building the brand for the network services function. This position works closely with senior executives to develop an overall growth strategy and tactics to achieve the business strategy. Main areas of concentration include general operations management, business development and strategic planning and execution. Experience with property and casualty insurance and or claims including any combination of the following preferred: CAT, Marine, General Liability, Construction as well as servicing niche areas i.e., accountants, engineers. Domestic and International business development experience highly desirable. College degree required. Minimum 10 years of business development and management roles with a proven track record of developing and executing business strategy. Experience with recruiting large volume of employees(temporary services) on a national basis highly desirable. 175K+ depending upon experience level. Position includes bonus structure, full benefits and additional long term professional and financial considerations. Position ideally based in the Southeast.
