There are many different types of premiums offered to businesses. Without proper coverage, a company could be at high risk for lawsuits, disasters, and now even cyber attacks. Its so important for businesses to be properly covered through a protective liability policy as well as workers compensation. New venture, need a market. It is a garage type risk. What he plans on doing is provide a facility for Do-It-Yourselfers to fix their car. So we got a facility the applicant owns or lease, he has the equipment such as loading bays, tools for someone to come in and work on their car. Said for example someone wants to do an oil change, but wants to do it themselves rather than take it to a shop. At the same time, they don't have a tools to do this oil change. This someone can go to our applicant's place and use our applicant's facility and tools to do this oil change or any other car repairs/maintenance. Anyone of a market?
