Coverage Highlights and Advantages Umbrella limits available from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 Fleets up to 499 vehicles, including up to 49 Heavy or Extra Heavy trucks, are eligible Accepts up to 49% of revenue from foreign sales (operations must be domestic) Accounts with stable revenues (growth or decline under 30% over three years) Eligible accounts must not have liability losses exceeding $100,000 in any of the past 5 years Accepts underlying carriers rated “A-VII” or better; New York State Fund and select other state funds are allowed Umbrella effective date can be up to 60 days in the future Underwriting Notes and Timing To qualify, the underlying General Liability policy must have an effective date within 60 days of the proposed Umbrella effective date. For Auto Liability and Employers Liability, the underlying policies must be effective within six months of the Umbrella policy. Agents should ensure the accounts are domiciled in states other than AK, HI, LA, VA, VT, or WV, which are excluded from this program.
