Angi Bemiss has been a valued member of the Reagan team since 1995. She is a company principal, with expert knowledge of many critical areas of insurance operations, including financial management, agency valuation, M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, agency operations management, ESOPs, and automation systems. Prior to joining Reagan, Angi served as CFO for two of the Southeast's most successful regional brokerage firms. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Education and Accounting, and earned an MBA with insurance-focused coursework, including extensive research on the subject of "Mergers and Acquisitions in Insurance Agencies."
