  • $1,000,000 - Contingent Auto, GL, Professional (E&O)
  • $250,000 - Contingent Cargo
  • Excess Limits available up to $5M on AL, $500K on MTC
Leasing Companies
  • $1,000,000 - Contingent Auto
  • $100,000 - Off-Lease Physical Damage
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Truck Brokers
  • ATU Contingent Brokerage App
  • Sample Broker Carrier Agreement currently utilized by applicant
  • List of Motor Carriers with DOT numbers in Excel format
  • 5 years loss runs valued within 60 days of inception
  • Any shipper contract that requires an additional coverage or language (including AI)
  • CV/Resume of principals if in business for less than one year
Leasing Companies
  • ATU Contingent Leasing App
  • Sample Leasing Agreement currently utilized by applicant
  • Five years loss runs valued within 60 days of inception
  • CV/Resume of principals if in business for less than one year
