Disqualifications:
•   Buildings built before 1950 (unless seismically upgraded)
•   Buildings made of adobe clay, non-reinforced masonry, tile, or logs
•   California Catastrophe Risk Evaluation and Standardizing Target Accumulations (CRESTA) zones A or B
•   Elevations exceeding three feet below the base flood elevation
•   Business income exceeding $1 million with respect to flood-only coverage
