Depending on the size of the Boat you can try Chartis or Chubb.

LIG does good work, as Laura stated above. Also, consider Norman Spencer norman-spencer.com and Maritime Program Group maritimepg.com
We've had good success with both. Size of watercraft and location, etc. will factor in.
