That's interesting- I found some information online and it looks like it is everguard insurance company that is offering it for all eatery type places as well as bars and more. I know here in Tennessee Society Insurance has been eating up that market with highly competitive rates.

Thanks Justin. Everguard's rates have increased a lot in the last year. Too bad Society doesn't write in TX.
