I'm reviewing some training materials I have for producers and I'm interested in your thoughts. I've been training producers and agency principals for over 20 years and I'm clear on what it takes to turn an average producer into an elite million-dollar-level producer. That said, I'd like to know which of the following typical problems you would say is the biggest obstacle you have to reaching your goals. 

1. Closing rate.
2. Follow through
3. Time management
4. Lack of quality leads

Let me know which of these or whatever you think is your biggest obstacle and why.

I would say both #3 and #4 are significant challenges.
