ACE has a program for Warehouse Legal Liability. Do you have access to them?
They can do mono-line legal liability or warehouse package (gl, prop/inland marine)
MPs vary but package will be $25K+

I too would suggest Hartord if you have access. Othewise Derek Pace with RT Specialty in Kansas City is very good.
