There has been some recent buzz about the internet and how it is impacting agents in the insurance industry. I’m curious, over the last decade, how has the internet affected your business? Have you seen an increase in inbound leads from your website? Or have you noticed a decrease in leads maybe because the consumer is heading towards the computer when it comes to renewing their insurance? How as technology affected your business for the good and/or the bad?
