Looking for commercial auto carriers besides National Indemnity that will write public livery for Party Buses in Las Vegas, NV. Need to be able to cover large capacity party buses, 60 passenger and 55 passenger buses.

Couple factors,
1. How man years in business have they been in?
2. Loss History
3. The Term "Party Bus" is very much frowned upon by underwriters.

Usually they are with nico due to the fact they are new venture or no one else would write it

Thanks for your reply.
Been in business for 6 years, clean loss history (no claims since business started), I understand Party Bus is not ideal for most carriers but there are many carriers that will write them if they are under 30 passengers but due to the high seating capacity trying to find someone that will take the risk.

Have you tried Zurich, Lancer , Northland or Scottsdale ?

Also you might want to think about just insuring them up to 1.5 million on your submission and if you need the excess , let your mga know to submit the 3.5 million in excess liability, that might help out your submission if you're looking for 5 mill
