State eligibility – All states except : ME, MA, NJ & NY
• Minimum Premium: $7,500
• Maximum Premium: $250,000
• Experience Mod cap: 1.25 (FL,IL and PA); 1.79 (All other states)
• Eligible Class Codes: 7723 (CT, NC, NV, & VA), 7721 (CA), 954 (DE & PA), 7720 (all other states)
• Eligible Phraseologies: Alarms – Security System Monitoring, Bank and Trust Companies – Employees of Contracting Services – Guards, Detective or Investigative Agency, Patrol Agency, Security Enforcement Protection – Contract.
Eligible Operations
• Security Guard Service and Contractors
• Alarm and Alarm Monitoring operations
Ineligible Operations
• Private military security.
• Police departments, correctional facilities, juvenile detention centers orhalfway homes.
• Services for bounty hunters, border control, fish and game wardens, forestrangers, bail bondsmen, criminal investigators or repossessing property.
• Armored car services.
• Security services for Union conflicts.
• Security for Night Clubs, Dancing Clubs, Bars, Casinos or Gentlemen's Clubs
• Applicants with less than 5 years' experience in the security guard industry. (New entities are eligible, but must have at least 5 years of experience in the security guard industry)
• No training program for new security guards.
• Armed guards without proper state licensing or certifications.
