I have a client who just took over owner ship on a convenience store . The store itself has been there for over 20 years and has never had any break ins or accidents that have taken place on the property. My client just took it over and we need a market that can provide full coverage. This is not a 24 hour store their hours are from 7 am to 10 pm, no gas is sold but they do sale liquor, tobacco and perishable goods.

Hi Dimetri,

Good Morning and thank you for using CompleteMarkets!

We can certainly help you find a market for this risk. In addition to Osher's suggestion for All Risks, Ltd. we also have a company named Irving Weber Associates, Inc. and they have a dedicated program for Convenience stores.  They can provide multiple coverage's including an umbrella policy, they do require that you fill out;

1. Standard Accord Applications
2. 4 Years Loss History
3. Pictures of Interior and Exterior
4. Target Premiums

I encourage you to send them an email and click here, this will direct you to their storefront where you can review more information and also access their Grocery/C-Store Property Supplemental application.

Please let me know if there are any questions you have or if there is anything I can do to help.

I would go with a specialty program like IWA's C-Store Advantage: https://www.iwains.com/programs/c-store-advantage-insurance/

Best of luck!

Good Afternoon,
I have a market for C-Stores and may be able to help. It would need to be under 2,500 Square Foot and have gas sales below 95%. We would need standard Acord applications, completed supplemental (attached) and information on the new owners' experience in the industry. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

PS- Thank you Richard Look of Vertibrands, Inc, & Ashley from Complete Markets for your recommendations. I hope this finds you well!!! Tina
