Underwriting Criteria
. Buildings greater than seven (7) stories must be 100% sprinklered
. Clothes dryers must be vented to the outside of the building
. Favorable loss experience
. Habitational Survey - Use Form QU013
. Hard-wired smoke detectors in common areas required
. Minimum Dwelling Value of $150,000
. Minimum occupancy rate of 80%
. No grills on balconies or within 10 feet of any structure or wall
. No student housing, assisted living facilities or group homes
. One to two family dwellings must be submitted with photos of the front and back
. Plot diagram or distance between buildings is required
. Protection Class 1-8
. Roof, Electric, Heating & Plumbing must be less than 15 years old (no aluminum wiring)
. Swimming pools are allowed but no diving boards or slides
