Ask Your Peers BOP for Residential Rental Properties

I have a customer who owns 4 residential rental properties. She would prefer them on one policy. The market I thought would be best will not write properties built before 1950 on this type of policy. All of the properties are row home type homes built in the early 1900's. Any ideas on a market that does this competitively?

I use Foremost. They can put all rentals on one policy.

We can do them with 3 or 4 carriers. We handle up to 100 locations easily for package. Typically we get them in an excel format.

Foremost can write them & Westminster American can as well, but they need to be "clean" risks, with good updates, occupied, insured to value, and well-maintained. If they are just old row homes that are not updated, and are underinsured, go Lloyd's or USLI.
