I'm looking for a market that specializes in workers compensation for a logging business. It's a business owned by brothers and they process log length wood into firewood and then sell it. They are looking to add employees and are currently processing wood on a land owners property and need workers comp that will cover them and their employees. Both of the brothers handle the administrative and operations of the business.

Probably state fund. If premium is over 10k I can help or if they have a mod factor with 3 years previous. Yours sounds like state fund to me.

American Lumber Underwriters specializes in the logging industry and they do offer Workers Compensation along with other coverages as well. They are an MGU and have A rated or better carrier ratings and have a $10,000 minimum premium for most classes.
