I am looking for a property and CGL carrier that will insure a company that Owns 7 homes and 23 individual condos (not entire condo complexes) in Wayne County, Michigan. They are the owners of the units and the property management company.

We might be able to help you out. We have dwelling fire and condo investor policies available that should be a good match for what you are looking for. The only issue we may run into is if the condos are in Detroit. Our markets get a bit skittish with those.

Auto-Owners Insurance Company would most likely write that account. Their home office is in Lansing.

We have used Auto Owners for a similar exposure here in Nebraska. Their home office is in Lansing, MI. They insured the entire condo building for one entity and over 75% of the individual condo units for a different entity that also is involved with other rental property.
