Have a client that is a retired motocross racer and has built a facility to work on customers bikes but also teach, train and coach up and coming riders on his private track at his property. He will need GL, property, and garage keepers coverage. I have already reached out to K and K and they are not a market for it. Looking for a good market to place this account with.
