Any advice on markets to pursue to cover the lessor of food trucks?

The insured leases the trucks on annual basis, and the lessee carries insurance, but the insured would like coverage as secondary or while not leased and on their lot.

I'd suggest contacting Veracity Insurance Solutions or Prime Insurance. GMI Insurance may also have something for this type of risk.
