History 

Insurance Group of Nevada started on August 1, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada with a primary focus to protect and promote the health and well-being of the Las Vegas community.

Dante Thompson is the agency principal, Dante Thompson began selling life insurance products in 2011. Later in 2012, Mr. Thompson began providing health insurance products throughout Clark County, Nevada.

On November 1, 2014, Insurance Group of Nevada extended its insurance offering to include personal auto insurance.

In 2015 Insurance Group of Nevada introduced business insurance products that included general liability, business owners policies, property insurance, workers compensation insurance.

As Insurance Group of Nevada's clients expanded the need to provide complimentary notary services increased. Insurance Group of Nevada provides complimentary notary services to its customers.

Insurance Group of Nevada is a retail independent insurance agency that employees four employees. One employee being Dante Thompson as the producer and broker and three office staff personnel. Insurance Group of Nevada represents insurance companies that maintains an A- or higher financial standing by A.M. Best Company.

Community Involvement

Insurance Group of Nevada actively participates in events that include protecting and caring for the Las Vegas homeless population, homeless youth, LGBTQ community, and equality for everyone. Dante Thompson has participated in protests and rallies that worked for the greater good of society. The protest involved our broken family court system. Dante Thompson will continue to fight for fairness and equality. 

Each December Insurance Group of Nevada prepares its annual Christmas toy drive for needy children. Insurance Group of Nevada approaches underprivileged communities with various Christmas presents for the youth of Las Vegas. This year, 2017 will mark the 3rd annual Christmas Toy Drive.
