We specialize in the management of smaller properties and have many fine apartment rentals on the north side of the City of Chicago. Wald Management Co. Inc is a successor to a company started in 1945. Today we are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the Chicago Board of Realtors. The principal of Wald Management Co., Inc is a Certified Property Manager and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Property Management.


Insurance sounds boring and dreary to most people. Not for us at Wald Management Company Inc Agency Inc, however.
