We are a busy, customer focused Allstate Insurance office looking for a DYNAMIC, OUTGOING, ENERGETIC, and MOTIVATED sales professional. This SUPER STAR will have day to day contact with customers, prospects, and insurance intermediaries both on the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have recent work experience in sales/customer service with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Prior insurance experience and/or a current property and casualty license a plus, but the right candidate can be trained and pursue insurance licensing within 30 days of employment. This person must be motivated to prospect new leads, great communicator in person and on the phone, and work as a team member. Would consider part-time and full-time positions for the right person.
