Verified Client Review: I purchased insurance for a concert I was going to. I got sick a few days prior, called a doctor and was given a prescription. I was not able to go to the concert. I filed a claim with co-ordinated benefits along with the prescription details and proof that I picked it up, but they kept denying my claims. I tried to get a drs note, but it was telehealth so no one could help me. I should have been reimbursed since that is what concert insurance is for and I proved that I was sick.

Verified Client Review: ZERO STARS!!!! I cannot stress how worthless and difficult this company is. I purchased travel insurance which they are managing. We had COVID in our family and filed the claim and they REFUSE TO COVER IT. This is the worst customer service and refuse to call back. I had my daughter's doctor document that she could not travel, despite the fact that 4 of her family members tested positive for COVID and she was symptomatic, they REFUSE TO COVER. What a waste of $100 to purchase coverage and I can only hope that the organization that used them drops them. Next step, BBB.
