Dale Kelley Insurance

The Dale Kelley Agency was founded in 1993 as a full service insurance agency. Since that time it has grown to specialize in commercial insurance. Licensed in seven states it serves clients from small to mid-size businesses. We specialize in risk management for Property Management Firms, Condominium Associations, Apartment complexes, Wholesale Distributors, Retail establishments, Auto Trades, Restaurants and Artisan Contractors.

 
As an additional level of security for our clients we only place business with A rated or better insurance companies. We use A.M. Best, Moody’s and Standard and Poor’s as our rating models. In 2003 there were 220 companies that received a B or less rating and were considered vulnerable and needed to be watched carefully (2003 Best’s Rating Guide).

 We carefully look at each client on an annual basis working with them to determine if there have been any changes in the previous year that would increase their risk. Commonly found items include: Changes in organization, adding partners, adding additional business property or changing locations to name just a few.
