Artisan Contractors, also known as trade or casual contractors, includes a wide variety of workers who have specific skills with tools in their profession, but also includes skilled service providers.  Our Artisan Contractors Insurance has you covered across the board. We have a package option for Inland Marine (contractor tools, construction equipment and more). We insure experienced new ventures, up to 100% of work subcontracted as well as townhouse or residential condo projects. 
 
We Offer:
  • General Liability and Excess limits up to $25,000,000
  • Minimum premiums as low as $525
  • Bodily Injury / Property Damage deductibles as low as $500
  • Additional Insured Primary and Noncontributory, waiver of subrogation available

  • Alarm system, installation, services or repair
  • Carpentry, commercial & residential, not exceeding 3 stories
  • Concrete construction
  • Door, window or assembled millwork (metal), installation, service or repair

  • Handy person
