Commercial Child Care Insurance, Day Care Centers Insurance
Jacobs & Associates is a market for commercial/residential Child Care Insurance, Day Care Insurance risks.  We excel at writing risks with pets, wading pools and special needs children.  We also can consider risk with extended hours or drop in care.  We can offer up to $10 million in General Liability limits and have in house capacity for up to $3,000,000 in property limits. 
 
We can offer Childcare Insurance, Day Care Insurance coverage with the following features:
  • No liability deductible
  • Medical payment coverage for the enrolled children on a primary basis for no additional premium
  • Provide defense reimbursement for alleged acts of the insured including employees
  • Provide coverage for directors, assistant directors & teachers as insured's under the abuse or molestation coverage
