Medical Workers Compensation Insurance

Phoenix Risk Management is pleased to offer Nationwide Healthcare Programs.  We have access to mulitple markets to service your Healthcare Workers' Compensation needs.  Two of our lead carriers are: SeaBright and AIG (Chartis).
 
The programs support the following types of risks:  workers’ compensation insurance for hospitals, physicians, dentists, residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health, convalescent/nursing homes, nurse’s registries, respiratory therapists, and health care staffing for healthcare facilities.
 
Minimum Premium: $3,500.00
 
Minimum Requirements for Quote:

For Best Quote: Include Acord Application and Supplemental along with:

  • Minimum 4 years, preferably 5 years of Loss Runs (Currently Valued within 90 days of effective date).

  • 4 years of Aggregate Payroll.
  • Current X-Mod Worksheet (if available).
