Licensed and experienced Commercial Lines CSR needed to assist three Account Managers. Primary duties will include, but won’t be limited to, policy changes, billing/reinstatement follow-up, audit disputes, online rating, new business and renewal processing, etc. One day each week this CSR will cover the desk for an Account Manager that is only working 4 days a week, while transitioning into Sales. Little by little, this CSR will continue to take on the Account Manager’s duties with the ultimate goal of taking over that position once the transition to Sales is complete.
