You must have a valid P&C license, this is a SALES position not a Customer Service position. I'm looking for someone with some sales experience and willing to work hard in order to succeed. The monthly pay is based on experience and sales tracking reports if you have any. I like paying for performance: I'm a "show me the money" kind of manager.
