I am not looking for someone that wants a job. I want a proven producer that is driven and ambitious. This position is a pathway to owning your own agency within 3-5 years. What do I mean by driven and ambitious? It means making 6 figures is more important to you than running out the door at 5pm. It means working an occasional Saturday to make sure you hit your income goals. It means being completely above board and ethical, and always placing the client's needs above your own. I believe if we work hard to put our clients in a better position with each transaction, we will get rich. The key is focusing on the long term rather than the short term.
