Suppression Pro brings California Homeowners this coverage in partnership with Lockton (London) and developed by the London 'Facilities and Binders Team'
In combination with the FAIR Plan policy, our DIC wrap-around offers attractive, comprehensive insurance for the kind of security and peace of mind of a traditional homeowner insurance policy.
Primary and excess layer coverages:

• Homeowners Primary Difference-in-Conditions Wrap-Around Coverage up to USD $2M for any one risk, giving cover for perils excluded from the Fair Plan - written in conjunction with the Californian FAIR Plan.
• In excess of Fair Plan: an additional $2M of cover above the Fair Plan (for a total $5M limit)

Our California Homeowners facility is built to wrap around & sit above the Fair Plan (or any other Insurance Policy).
