If he's going out on his own, but has experience, you should be good getting a standard market to look at it if the premium size were bigger. Swett & Crawford is a great broker, I would find out who the markets are and go from there. You don't want to saturate the market place because the brokers & underwriters won't take you seriously and put it on the back burner. I would send to Amwins or Burns & Wilcox and advise them to NOT approach the same markets that Swett did.
