I have an account I am attempting to secure a quote for that was built in 1937 and is on both the state (Michigan) and natl historical registries. Masonry Non-Comb, PC 6. 4 story, 35,000 square feet. The top floor is completely renovated and the 2nd and 3rd floors will be completely renovated within 12 months. All 3 floors will be occupied as apartments. Due to the nature of the risk we have no standard markets that are willing to look at. Just wanted to find out if anyone knows of any national markets that might look at something like this.
Thank you,
Tom

Hi Thomas,

 Thank you for using CompleteMarkets!

Our FindIt Market search is a valuable tool that enables you to search by market and state to find companies that can help you write this risk.

I have completed a search for companies that provide Historic Site coverage in Michigan, here is a link to the search results.

If you are ready to submit a quote request, click here to submit a request to all of the companies in the search results.

Please take a moment and provide us feedback about your experience with CompleteMarkets!

 Thank you!

Tom,

Karen was correct with NTI however I just found out that the TIV needs to be $5,000,000 or more.

Good luck and let me know if your risk is under $5M and you find a market for it.

Thanks

Thank you to Karen for sending inquiries our way! Sorry again to Robert for not being able to help on that particular account, but I would like to preface that the TIV of $5M+ is only for Habitational. We do write smaller total insured values for Museums, Theatres, Preservation Organizations, and other non-profits.

Thanks again for reaching out. For more information, www.nationaltrust-insurance.org
