Ask Your Peers  Insurance Company Listing -- Research Project 

I am currently conducting research and have been trying to find a source that lists property and casualty insurance companies by state. Ideally, I am looking for a source that provides a searchable database of carriers, including recently admitted (or new) insurance carriers, say within the last two years. Thus far I have searched A.M. Best and several Dept of Insurance websites without success. These sources are good at providing information about known carriers (individual search).

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not aware of one place that lists the information you are asking for, perhaps a CompleteMarkets member might be able to point you in the right direction.

BUT...if you are needing to get in contact with a wholesaler/MGA/MGU for a market we have a handy Find It search tool that allows you to search by market and by one or many states.
