Hi Shauna, No I have not been able to find a market for this. My client stored some personal items in a commercial warehouse storage facility. The facility is requiring a $1mil GL policy naming them as additional insured. He is not looking for property coverage. He just wants to satisfy their requirement for the GL. He is not a business. Thanks

Louis, Your client should get his items out of the storage facility now. Why are they having your client add a business as an additional insured? Think of what the AI status does. It extends the liability of your client to the AI. What liability can a person storing their own items have in a storage facility that would be covered? Are the cooking meth? They should find a different place to keep their items.
