I have a prospect that owns a taxi cab business and they rent a building for their business .They are required to carry a property insurance policy for $1,000,000. This is a new policy and there is only 2 employees.

Property or GL? If it's just GL coverage you should be able to write a premises only GL for cheap. If it's property are you referring to Business Personal Property or Building coverage?
