I have a client that I am writing about 100 rental properties (single fam dwellings). 2 of them have pit bulls. Need to get property and liability coverage for these two (willing to exclude animal liability). Any help?????

Try APIA. They will schedule the 100 properties. I believe the policy automatically excludes animal liability.

Sounds like maybe you are looking to cover just the two homes with the pit bulls. If that is correct, we can definitely help you out. We have a dwelling program that offers both a DP-1 and a DP-3 coverage form and can exclude the animal liability for you.
