Small motel with 40 rooms, non-franchise, needing liability and property. had a hail loss back in 2105 but none since. having trouble finding a competitive quote. No restaurant, casino, or bar part of motel. BOP preferred

I did a search and was able to find several companies that have BOP and can work with motels, small or big. Click Here to fill out a short multi-submit form, you only need to do this once and it will be sent to the Program Managers/Underwriters.

Try Midwest Family Mutual or Berkshire Hathaway Guard. Both have a BOP form and are competitive if the risk fits their appetite. Guard has more "window lace".
